With a unique background that blends martial arts, including Muay Thai and MMA, meditation, and over 10 years of studying the science of peak performance, Patrick brings a rare combination of intensity, calm, and practical performance strategy to his work.
He has worked with teams and individuals in New York, Los Angeles, Costa Rica, and now back in his hometown of Montreal, QC. His experience includes training professional fighters, elite athletes, graduate students preparing for conflict-zone fieldwork, entrepreneurs, and startup teams.
