MARTIAL ARTS - Inspired by the powerful techniques of Muay Thai and MMA, training sessions are designed to leverage these techniques to increase focus, empower the mind, and develop the Warrior Spirit
 

YOGA & MOBILITY - Life requires balance, so does training. Finding time to slow things down and focus on mobility, with movements inspired by yoga and other modalities, is the key to longevity and peak performance

MENTAL ACTIVATION

BREATHWORK - Breath training is the key to the nervous system. Different techniques are used for different purposes, whether you want to calm your nervous system, focus your mind, or boost your energy levels. 
 

MEDITATION - More than a way to relax, meditation is the key to the mind and unlocking peak performance states. Using a gradual process, meditation training ranges from 5-minute sessions to full 20-minute experiences. 
 

MINDSET TRAINING - How we think influences the decisions we make and the actions we take. By using different protocols to shift our mindset, we can change the way we think and the way we act.

Training sessions are available at Athletica Studio (Mont Royal, QC), on location (Montreal area) or virtually.

About Patrick Sebastien

I’m a performance specialist with a background in martial arts, functional fitness, and meditation. Years of practice and coaching showed me that sustainable performance is built on health, awareness, and nervous system balance—not intensity alone.

 

Today, my work integrates movement, breath, and mental training to help people and teams build strength, confidence, and clarity while supporting long-term wellness.
